Protestants’ bible omitted these OT books: Tobit, Judit, 1&2 Maccabbees, Wisdom, Sirach and Baruch [including teaching on Purgatory], & some chapters of Esther and Daniel.
Martin Luther translated the Bible into German, changing certain line into BY FAITH ALONE, thereby doing away the Pope as the Head of the Church. He also wanted to drop Revelation but was objected by his followers.
