My sharing at the LSS ‘08
Day
2 (
From: Ir.
Michael Hii <michael@ykgi.com.my> Date: DAY 2, As I begin to write this at As I have to leave early and was preparing to leave
with my son Moses, I was shocked when one of the boys came to me and hugged me,
held me tight, and cried. And said "THANK YOU UNCLE"…
My! This is a tremendous moment in the History of FFC, most of the children, if not
all, were touched and tears rolled down from their eyes, some rested in the
spirit after prayers were said over them…. This morning I was there at 7
to joined them at the breakfast before I went to work… when I came back after
lunch, I saw aunty Pauline was quite unhappy with some of the boys as they
were not serious. Anyway Fr Chin wanted the confession to start early at While I was having dinner with
my family, Uncle V called and asked me to bring 2 boxes of tissue paper for
tonight's session. What? You mean they will cry
tonight? Ya! Oh, ok. So I went to buy some
tissue papers, not 2 boxes, but 8 boxes, anticipating plenty of tears to be
shed tonight… Indeed, there were plenty of
tears, what amazed me is that children at
this tender age already have so much buried hurts/burdens to unload to our
LORD, how about us adults? If we do not LOVE and FORGIVE and
unload our burdens to Our Lord, one day we will explode! If nothing else, the children
will remember tonight, when they are healed at the foot of the crucifix. Tomorrow will be a brand new
day. COME HOLY SPIRIT. Michael |
