Things to Bring/Prepare for Mountain Climbing

A Joyful Heart

Rosary and Towel

Water (at least 2 bottles, isotonic drink better)

Proper Shoes (mountain climbing shoes better, those covering the ankles)

Sports Attire (long pants, knee-length or short pants, long/short sleeves, T-Shirts)

Neck sack / Pouch (for holding provisions)

Some food (to replenish energy – Picnic on Summit)

Camera (for memory)

Simple medication (for first aids, minor abrasion, crane)
