PASSION of The Lord: Groom
The Last Supper
“Pillar of TRUTH”
JB 1 CORINTHIANS Chapter 11
The Lord's
Supper
11:24 and thanked God for it
and broke it, and he said, 'This is my body, which is for
you; do this as a memorial of me'.
11:25 In
the same way he took the cup after supper, and said, 'This cup is the new
covenant in my blood. Whenever you drink it, do this as a memorial of me.'
11:26 Until the Lord comes, therefore, every time you eat this bread
and drink this cup, you are proclaiming his death,
11:27 and so anyone who
eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily will be behaving
unworthily towards the body and blood of the Lord.
11:28 Everyone is to recollect himself before
eating this bread and drinking this cup;
11:29 because a person who eats and drinks without recognising the Body is
eating and drinking his own condemnation.

JB 1 PETER
Chapter 2
Towards masters
2:24 He was bearing our faults in his own body on the cross, so that we
might die to our faults and live for holiness; through his wounds you have been

the shepherd and guardian of your souls.

and hope of the virtuous man
For the
choirmaster
To the 'Doe of
the Dawn'
Psalm Of David
22:14 I am like water
draining away, my bones are all disjointed, my heart is like wax,
melting inside me;
22:15a my palate is drier
than a potsherd
22:15b and my tongue is stuck to my jaw.

22:15c and leave me lying
in the dust of death.
Tenth Station: Jesus
clothes are taken away
We
adore you O Christ and we bless you.
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
JB JOHN Chapter
19
Christ's
garments divided
19:23 When
the soldiers had finished crucifying Jesus they took his clothing and
divided it into four shares, one for each soldier. His undergarment
was seamless, woven in one piece from neck to hem;
19:24 so they said to one
another, 'Instead of tearing it, let's throw dice to decide who is to have it'.
In this way the words of scripture were fulfilled: They shared out my
clothing among them. They cast lots for my clothes. This is exactly
what the soldiers did.
Eleventh Station: Jesus is nailed to the cross
We
adore you O Christ and we bless you.
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.

spirit' With these words he breathed his last.
JB LUKE Chapter
23
The good thief
23:39 One of the criminals hanging there
abused him. 'Are you not the Christ?' he said. 'Save yourself and us as well.'
23:40 But the other
spoke up and rebuked him. 'Have you no fear of God at all?' he said. 'You got
the same sentence as he did,
23:41 but in our case we
deserved it: we are paying for what we did. But this man has done nothing
wrong.
23:42 Jesus,' he said
'remember me when you come into your kingdom.'
Thirteenth Station: The body of Jesus is taken down from the
cross
We
adore you O Christ and we bless you.

JB ZECHARIAH
Chapter 12
The deliverance
and restoration of Jerusalem
12:10 But over the House of
David and the citizens of Jerusalem I will pour out a spirit of kindness and
prayer. They will look on the one whom they have pierced; they
will mourn for him as for an only son, and weep for him as people
weep for a first-born child.
Fourteenth Station: Jesus
is laid in the tomb
We
adore you O Christ and we bless you.
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
JB MARK Chapter
16
The burial
15:43 there came Joseph of Arimathaea, a prominent
member of the Council, who himself lived in the hope of seeing the kingdom of
God, and he boldly went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.
15:46 who bought a shroud, took Jesus down
from the cross, wrapped him in the shroud and laid him in a tomb
which had been hewn out of the rock. He then rolled a stone against
the entrance to the tomb.
The Resurrection
His is risen
JB MARK Chapter
16
The empty tomb. The angel's message
16:1 When
the sabbath was over, Mary of Magdala,
Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices with which to go and anoint
him.
16:2 And
very early in the morning on the first day of the week they went to the tomb,
just as the sun was rising.
16:3 They
had been saying to one another, 'Who will roll away the stone for us from the
entrance to the tomb?'
16:4 But when they looked
they could see that the stone - which was very big - had already been rolled
back.
16:5 On
entering the tomb they saw a young man in a white robe seated on the right-hand
side, and they were struck with amazement.
16:6 But he said to them, 'There is no need for alarm. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who
was crucified: he has risen, he is not here. See, here is the place where they laid him.
16:7 But you must go and tell
his disciples and Peter, "He is going before you to Galilee; it is there
you will see him, just as he told you".'
16:8 And
the women came out and ran away from the tomb because they were frightened out
of their wits; and they said nothing to a soul, for they were afraid...

+February 22, 1931
In the evening, when I was in my cell, I saw the Lord Jesus
clothed in a white garment. One hand [was] raised in the gesture of blessing, the other was touching the garment at the breast.
From beneath the garment, slightly drawn aside at the breast, there were
emanating two large rays, one red, the other pale. In
silence I kept my gaze fixed on the Lord; my soul was struck with awe, but also
with great joy. After a while, Jesus said to me, Paint an image according to
the pattern you see, with the signature: Jesus, I trust in You.
I desire that this image be venerated, first in your chapel, and [then]
throughout the world. (Diary, 47)
Saint Michael the Archangel
Saint Michael
the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
by the Divine Power of God -
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen

JB JEREMIAH
Chapter 1
The call of
Jeremiah
1:4 The word of Yahweh was addressed to
me, saying,
1:5 'Before I formed
you in the womb I knew you; before you came to birth I consecrated you;
I have appointed you as prophet to the nations'.
1:6 I said, 'Ah, Lord Yahweh;
look, I do not know how to speak: I am a child!'
