33 Indigent Households Residing At Kampung Kudei (MAP-Kg Kudei)
For the last few years, St Peter’s
Church FFC Sunday School incorporated a WOM (Work of Mercy) visit to the poor and
needy families for the SEC 4 and SEC 5 youths to give them a chance to put our
Faith into Actions.
There are 33 poor and needy families
residing at Kampung Kudei,
right amongst our midst, these are the Urban Poor.
DMA leaders have visited and are in
contact with the families. We will be
arranging a visit to the 33 poor families on SUNDAY 12 OCT 2014 to give our
students, families and friends a chance to show compassion to our neighbours in need.
I have prepared 33 “green bag” to be
filled with gifts and goodies when we go visit the 33 families,
we propose to give each household a bag of 5 kg Rice plus cash angpow of RM50. This works out to RM1650 cash, if generous
people lend a hand, we would be able to give them the angpows
as planned.

suggest car-pooling. We will visit 33 families,
we form 17 groups of 2, 3 people to visit 2 families per group. Each group to bring a “green”
bag (IKEA blue bags) which contains some gifts, necessities
and goodies for the family they visit… Suggest each of the 33
households to receive at least one bag of 5kg RICE,
one Pack of INSTANT NOODLES and some BISCUITS. Youths to fill up the green bags with other
