丞相祠堂何處尋
錦官城外柏森森
映階碧草自春色
隔葉黃鸝空好音
三顧頻煩天下計
兩朝開濟老臣心
出師未捷身先死
長使英雄淚滿襟[語 譯 ] 丞 相 的 祠 堂 在 那 兒 找 呢 ， 就 是 在 錦 官 城 外 一 片 陰 森 森 的 柏 樹 之 中 呵 。 但 是 那 兒 只 見 ： 映 照 著 階 前 的 綠 草 X 自 一 片 春 色 ； 隔 著 枝 葉 叢 中 黃 鸝 鳥 兒 空 傳 出 美 好 的 鳴 聲 。 當 年 先 主 三 次 訪 問 草 盧 ， 一 再 煩 努 他 籌 慮 平 定 天 下 的 大 計 。 而 他 在 先 主 後 主 兩 個 朝 代 中 為 著 開 創 國 基 ， 濟 世 撫 民 更 顯 出 一 片 赤 枕 的 老 臣 心 。 只 是 出 師 尚 未 得 勝 就 死 了 ， 使 後 世 英 雄 每 一 念 及 便 淚 流 滿 襟 。

Where to find the deceased Prime Minister's temple?
Outside Chengdu, under the cypress arch ample.
The grass round the steps reflects the colour of spring;
The oriole amid the leaves vainly sings it strain.
Thrice the Emperor to him came for the plan to rule;
Two reigns the noble statesmen served heart and soul.
Before seeing victory, he died in the camp ground,
It oft makes later heros weep with sighs profound!

The Prime Minister of Shu is Zhuge Liang (181-234), the famous statesman and strategist in the period of the Three Kingdoms (220-265). Zhuge Liang had served Emperor Liu Bei (161-223) and his son Liu Chan (207-271).
