GOD OUR FATHER

1. God made everything (Genesis 1-2 Story of creation; CCC 279-373) To be learnt by pupils 1. Who made
all things? God made all things. 2. Why did
God make all things? God made all things because God
loves us. 3. What gift
did God give Adam and Eve? God gave Adam and Eve the great
gift of His own life. 4. Who made you? God made me. 5. Why did
God made you? God made me to know Him, to love
Him, and to serve Him in this world and to be happy with him forever in
Heaven. 2. God is Good and Just (Genesis 2:15-17 God commanded man not to eat the fruit of the
tree of knowledge; CCC 387, 1440) 1. What is
sin? Sin is turning away from God’s love. 2. How did
God punish Adam and Eve for their sin? God punished Adam and Eve for their
sin by taking away the gift of His life. 3. Why did
God promise Adam and Eve a Saviour? God promised Adam and Eve a Saviour
because He still loved them. |
