Jesus
came to the shore of the sea of Galilee. There he saw Simon, also called
Peter, and his brother Andrew. They were about to cast out their nets, for
they were fishermen. Jesus said to them: Come with me. I will make you
fishers of men. They both dropped their nets immediately and followed Jesus.
Shortly
afterwards Jesus saw James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John. They
were in a boat with their father, mending their nets. Jesus called them. At
once they left the boat and their father, and followed him.
